The Torque Limiter System (TLS) is a Patented, revolutionary, state-of-the art, torque limiting system that utilizes your existing equipment by incorporating an easy-to-use touch screen (HMI) monitor and a programmable logic controller (PLC) with your Tong Torque Cylinder.

Select from a range of different TLS settings, such as foot/pounds, line pull Torque, or both. By pre-selecting a torque limit on the HMI monitor you can control the amount of torque the system will apply to the drill collars with greater accuracy then the conventional types of today's systems, thus reducing the possibilities of under or over torque resulting in twist offs, washouts and cracks. This allows you, the customer, more control over your joint torque system.

In addition, with its integrated logging program in the system, the customer can recall the information of each joint torque event for easy access to a downloadable spreadsheet.

Rotary Torque System - Chain (RT100)

• Dicks Oilfield Instrument Sales & Service Inc.'s Rotary torque system is designed to help the driller during coring, milling, and reaming operations. The system also helps avoid twist-offs and increases bit life by showing the driller when the drill string is torquing to unsafe levels.
• System is comprised of 6" fluid filled gauge with bracket, 2 ft and 14 ft hose assys with disconnects, and idler assy with wheel
• Systems available in box and panel mount versions
• Gauge capacities measured in points and are a relative indication of torque
